You got my vote! Can I be your Transportation Secretary? Mandatory off-road training for licensure and rally lights on all cars.

Holy crap... For once, NASCAR has done something that other places should do. I wish placards would be checked more often. My god-forsaken mother-in-law drives around with one issued to someone else... pisses me off. Your fat ass can walk, so stop being lazy.

My late father qualified for a handicap placard due to being legally blind. He never got one as he said not being able to see well didn't affect his ability to walk.
Makes me gleefully happy to see these people getting their comeuppance.
A friend worked at a large state college, and one day got to watch the the college police run a spot check on handicap placards outside the main dorm. Total tally after *one day*, 20 cars ticketed & towed, 21 placards confiscated(one asshat used a second placard after his first was confiscated).

Ah Stanley Roberts! People Behaving Badly series is a balm to the wounded pride of all Jalop drivers! He even did segments on the bicyclists in SF that are such self important pricks and ran red lights like it was mandatory.
So much win!
